Privacy Policy

Pickvra ("we," "us," "our") is operated by OSE Marketing LLC, United States, which is the company responsible for collecting and using personal data on pickvra.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, who receives it, how long it's kept and the choices you have.

How we use information, and our legal basis

Affiliate links

Buttons such as "Get my free quote" are affiliate links. When you click one, you leave Pickvra and go to the partner's website through our affiliate network (such as MaxBounty). The link passes a few tracking details (where you came from, which page and button you used, and the ad click ID) so we can be credited if you sign up or buy. Anything you share with the partner, such as your name, phone, address, device details or payment information, is collected by that partner under its own privacy policy, not by us. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

Who receives information

We do not sell your personal information for money. Allowing Microsoft and Google to use advertising cookies for remarketing may count as "sharing" for targeted advertising under some U.S. state laws, and you can opt out as described below.

How to give, withdraw or change consent

When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you Accept or Reject advertising cookies. To change your choice at any time, click "Cookie settings" in the footer of any page and choose again. Withdrawing consent stops advertising cookies from being set or read from that point on.

How to opt out of targeted advertising

  1. Click "Cookie settings" in the footer and choose Reject.
  2. Turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC) in a supporting browser or extension. We treat a GPC signal as a request to opt out of advertising cookies and of sharing for targeted advertising.
  3. Turn off personalized ads in your Microsoft ad settings and Google My Ad Center, or opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at aboutads.info.
  4. Block or delete cookies in your browser. The site works without them.
  5. Email hello@pickvra.com with the subject "Privacy request – opt out".

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example California and other U.S. states, or the EEA and UK), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, get a copy, have it corrected or deleted, opt out of targeted advertising, withdraw consent, and complain to your local data protection authority. To make a request, email hello@pickvra.com with the subject "Privacy request". We'll respond within 30 days and won't treat you differently for making a request. Because most visit data is held by Microsoft and Google, we may also point you to their tools.

How long we keep information

How we protect information

Pickvra is served only over encrypted HTTPS. We don't collect payment details or keep visitor profiles. The small amount of information we handle directly, such as emails you send us, is kept in password-protected accounts. No website or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children's privacy

Pickvra is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
